The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) reserves the right to make changes to the information, design and services provided on the etenders website without notice and without liability.

Communicating with users

From time to time, emails from the site will be issued to registered users with site-pertinent information such as notification of major changes or problems with the site. Occasionally, surveys to establish user satisfaction with the site may be issued, as well as other communications relating to public procurement. However, trivial messages will not be issued and emails on behalf of third parties will not be issued under any circumstances.
